Shipping policy

Please allow 3 - 5 business days of processing and production time for order to ship.

• There are circumstances that are out of  control ( natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc ) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason,  We do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
  

Please make order carefully to be processed  once  checked out at  checkout page order can't not be redone.

You can wait for  order to be shipped to you, then return order back to sender to reorder correct items. 

1.  If order is lost during shipment, Pure Vibes Tees will investigate and may provide replacements when appropriate.

2. After  Investigating  your issue, if the support  team determines that your product is in need of replacement,  your order will be submitted for replacement.
